- colour consultation

Optional Services:
- shopping for accessories
- supplying list of trades people
- help carry out the project

- sourcing furniture and rentals as required
Cost Breakdown:
Initial consultaion
- up to three hours (starting as low as $200.00)
and may result in a $5000.00 or more gain
when your property sells
- an hourly fee will be applied after the initial
consultation
- fees may vary depending on time and size of
